Thomas Reitz 8efaa49930 feat: add user deletion (backend endpoint + frontend with confirmation) 
- Backend: DELETE /api/v1/users/:id endpoint (PLATFORM_ADMIN only)
- Frontend: "Löschen" button with confirmation modal
- Cascading deletes handle auth providers, memberships, profiles
