- Set up project directory structure per briefing specification
- Add .env.example with all required environment variables
- Add .gitignore for Node.js/Docker/TypeScript project
- Create comprehensive README.md for developer onboarding
- Add Summarize.md changelog
- Include concept and briefing documents
